CW Creative Services collects only the information needed to respond to your enquiry and manage a possible project.
If you use the contact form, I receive the details you choose to send: your name, email address, project choices, approximate video duration and your message. The site also sends an automated receipt email to the address you provide.
I use this information to reply to you, understand the enquiry and keep a record of the conversation if we work together. I do not sell this information or use it for advertising.
The site has a simple invisible visitor counter. It records page-visit totals, the page visited, the referring page if available, and anonymised network ranges for broad visitor context. It does not store names, full IP addresses or cookies for these visitor statistics.
The site does not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics, session replay tools, marketing cookies or analytics cookies. It does not use browser storage for visitor statistics.
The monthly promotion page includes a map using OpenStreetMap tiles. When that page displays the map, your browser requests the map images from OpenStreetMap, which may receive normal technical request details such as your IP address, browser information and the page that requested the tiles.
Some technical information may still be handled by the web server and email provider as part of delivering the site and sending messages. This includes normal server and email delivery records.
I keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond, manage possible work and keep reasonable business records. You can ask me to update or delete your details where appropriate by emailing info@cw-creative.services.
