Monthly promotion

Local video support for small businesses and charities.

From September to November 2026, I am offering one free video production slot per month for a small business, charity or community organisation within the local radius shown on the offer map.

Small businesses

Up to 8 hours of my time, which should be enough to plan, film and produce a simple 2 to 3 minute video for your website, social media or local promotion.

Charities and community groups

The same monthly free slot can include up to 12 hours of my time for a suitable local video project.

Offer area

Keeping it local.

Free slots are for towns and villages within the circle, including Dunblane, Stirling, Callander, Lochearnhead, St Fillans, Comrie, Crieff and Auchterarder. If you are close to the edge, contact me and we can discuss whether it is still practical.

What could fit

This could suit a shop, cafe, pizza place, pub, service business, maker, studio, venue, tradesperson, charity or community group with a story to tell.

A slightly larger project is no problem. You can still make use of the 8 hour promotional offer, with any extra time agreed at special rates for smaller businesses.

I am based in Perthshire, so if you would like to discuss an idea in person, I am happy to meet for a chat.

To tell me about your idea, use the contact form on the website or email info@cw-creative.services.

Terms and conditions

Monthly promotion terms

  1. The offer runs from 1 September 2026 to 30 November 2026.
  2. One free video production slot is available per calendar month. This is one shared slot, not one small business slot plus one charity slot.
  3. The offer is for small businesses, charities and community organisations inside the circle shown on the map.
  4. For small businesses, the free slot includes up to 8 hours of my time.
  5. For charities and community organisations, the same monthly free slot can include up to 12 hours of my time for a suitable local project.
  6. The offer is available once per small business customer. Charity and community projects can be considered case by case.
  7. Slots are offered on a first come, first served basis, but only where the project is suitable, realistic and safe to carry out.
  8. As this is a free promotional slot, timing depends on my availability and any dates agreed in advance. It will not take priority over paid work or existing commitments.
  9. Weekend filming can be discussed, including Saturdays or Sundays where that suits the project.
  10. The free time can include planning, filming, editing and basic delivery of a simple finished video, depending on what the project needs.
  11. A typical small business project should be suitable for a simple 2 to 3 minute video, but the final length and scope will depend on the material filmed and the agreed plan.
  12. If a project needs more time, extra filming, complex editing, travel outside the local area, specialist equipment, paid music, paid stock footage or other third-party costs, these would need to be agreed separately before work continues.
  13. There is no cash alternative and the offer cannot be transferred to another customer or organisation.
  14. Any people, premises, products, music, branding or other materials used in the video must have the necessary permission from the customer or organisation.
  15. Filming may need to be rearranged because of weather, access, safety, illness or other practical issues.
  16. I may decline or stop a project if it becomes unsafe, unsuitable, misleading, unlawful, or materially different from what was agreed.

Small note: I unfortunately cannot film in grease-heavy kitchen or food preparation areas, such as chippies, Chinese takeaways and similar cooking environments, as airborne oil and grease can damage camera equipment. Food and hospitality businesses are still welcome where filming can take place away from those areas.
